Rosewood Hong Kong

Rosewood Hong Kong anchors Victoria Dockside on the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront, 43 floors of Tony Chi interiors above the harbour, opened in 2019 and named No. 1 on The World's 50 Best Hotels in 2025. Two of its restaurants, The Legacy House and CHAAT, hold Michelin stars.

Less known is that the hotel runs a genuine ecommerce operation, an online shop carrying the patisserie, hampers and gifting the property is loved for, and that shop is where the engagement lived.
