The brand

Habitat Property was founded in 2001 by Victoria Allan, an Australian who arrived in Hong Kong in 1997 and built the agency around the districts she knows street by street, The Peak, the Mid-Levels, Repulse Bay and the Southside, with sales, leasing and property management under one roof.

In a market dominated by the giant chains and the portals, the agency is independent and founder-led, with a specialist's knowledge of the Island's premium districts, and the search presence had to carry that standing.
