The brand
Aid Station exists because its founder ran out of patience. Training for Ultraman Australia, he found himself ordering from five different websites to cover his nutrition, so he built the store he needed, the first in Australia dedicated to giving endurance athletes everything they need nutritionally in one place.
The Melbourne store carries the brands serious athletes race on, Maurten, Precision Fuel & Hydration, GU, Skratch Labs, Styrkr and Näak among them, alongside its own energy chews and gels, with free fuelling advice from the in-house dietitian built into the offer. The house line is that nutrition is the first discipline, and the store is organised the way athletes think, by sport.
